Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel. Choose Add or Remove Programs. Choose the button on the left Add/Remove Windows Components. IIS is the 4th or 5th item down, depending on your Operating System.

I run Windows XP and Symantec Endpoint Protection on my computer. When I try to do a System Restore, it says that it wasn't able to complete the restoration. Is Endpoint Protection the culprit and, if so, how do I correct whatever is preventing the System Restore?
