Question about MyMusix PD-6030 MP3 Player
I get the menu, but when I select photos, music, etc, it gets an initializing, followed by "no files" message. If I select record, I get "disk error". I bought this unit relying on the Sharper Image brand, now I see on the package to call MerchSource for technical support. Of course, they are not available! Any ideas? Thanks
Connect the mp3 player to your computer through the USB cable, go to My Computer and along with your C Drive and your D Drive, you should see a Removable Disk (tipically E: drive). Right click on your removable disk and select Format. This WILL ERASE all your data on the player, but there's no alternative. Problem solved!
Next, drag and drop (or copy/paste) some files onto the player...
