Hey i was wouldering if any of you guys had any ideas,
what it is i brougth my self a new laptop neraly a year ago now i brougth it from staples, got it home it worked fine for a about a month i updated the bios
but little did i know that where was a password all ready setup.
after i did the update i restarted the laptop and was comforted with enter password i know this sounds silly i but i dont know what it is.
I phone the help desk at fujitsu siemens and they said that i would cost me a £100 to removed the pasword cause it wasnt under the warrenty, i fell really fed up now i been battleing with them for year. i would be greatful if you could help
When booting if you enter your laptop via safe mode, you should be able to get into the laptop that way and then turn off the password.
