Failed software download error messages 02 and 10

I bought this freeview recorder 5 weeks ago and on trying to download a new update I received screen message Err 02.After this the box stopped working and I had to unplug and leave for a few minutes.On retrying download the same thing happened but with err 10 this time.

- My model type is not as you have - it is in fact the DTR67500T

My version is actually DTR 67500T but I did not realise that you had recorded a different model !! until too late.The shop replaced it with another box
