The computer says the drivers aren't

The computer says the drivers aren't "recognized" and the system keeps shutting down. First the install goes ok, but then the error messages start coming. A "system 32" message says the computer must reboot in 45 seconds, and begins counting backwards, while the other message says the drivers aren't recognized. These are the drivers I downloaded from the Hp site for my system.
