Hi,
Thanks for using FixYa.
You can try resetting the router by checking the back portion. You will see a small hole with a button inside it. press and hold that for 10 seconds. After that, you have successfully reset your router. The default password is admin. Username is blank. I hope this helps. Thanks and have a nice day.
