Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
CLEANED FILTER and ran thru with water still will not drain or spin
No need to take the entire machine apart. You can get to the bottom of the tub by removing the rear hose from the pump where it attaches to the tub. While it's off check inside it too.

running. • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects • If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump

he F02 message is a long drain error and it may mean the pump is clogged or bad. You don't provide a lot of detail about if the water is draining out or not but the first thing to check for this error is the drain pump.
The image below shows how to access the pump and remove the filter. This may be your only problem. With the access panel removed you can also make sure the pump is running. Remember to unplug the washer before removing the access panel.
Check the pump for the F02 and make sure you're using HE detergent and there's not excessive suds.
