Since the digital change over, my dvd recorder model dmr-es20deb witll not set up to record
, to begin with when I progammed the recorder it appeared to be recording, but when played back the result was a 'snow storm' since when i reported the fault over the phone and was told a disk to solve the problem would be semt, This was last friday 6/11/09, is this a postal problem. or can you help either now on line or expedite the disk?
