What model 2 or 3 Port FireWire PCI adapter card (low profile) can I use with either a Dell Optiplex 755 or 760 SFF Desktop?

I could not find any product that would fit a SFF case. The best suggestion i have for you is to get the riser card adapter that will fit standard PCI cards in the Dell Optiplex 7xx models. here is the link and partial discription.
