Hi.
The driver for Windows XP can be downloaded from this link (CLICK).
the driver is the same distributed on original disk.
The video imaging software included on original CD can be downloaded from this direct link.
Drivers for Vista are not available.
If the download above does not fix the problen, contact Walmart. Micro Innovation is exclusive brand for Walmart.
Contacting their customer service department you will also be able to get copy of complete software disk (see Contact Us).
