Problem for Honeywell CT87B ROUND HEATING&COOLING MECHANICAL...

Hi There, I have an Ideal Response 120 Combi Boiler.
Each day the water pressure falls to 0 on the pressure gauge. In order to get hot water and Cental Heating I increase the pressure to 1.5.
The Hot water works ok however the only way I can get the CH to work is to press the Overide. (the remote controll will not turn on the CH) The Red light on the Overide(alarm) is constantly on. When I turn on the CH the water pressure increases as the system gets hotter.To eleviate this I drain the water from the nearest radiator. This brings down the water pressure. Once the CH is turned off the pressure is lost. There are no leaks to the system or radiators.
Can you advise what is wrong.
