HI jcosby007 Ok you need to get to the menu settings on the phone. Power cycling really doesn't help you in this case. Once you get to mms settings you need to hit the options. In the options it should give you a viewing options for your messages. You need to set it to time and make sure it doesn't say contacts. Also make sure that the phone isn't block by att from recieving mms txts. those are picture messages. Hope this help
last time i had to do this i rang up my service provider eg (optus or telstra etc) n tell them u want to enable MMS settings...they'll ask u what modle phone u have etc then they should sms a link to ur phone...u open it and save it and u should be able to send mms...i think their called WAP settings
HI buddy, to send or recieve mms msgs you have to activate it from the service provider's side.Only then you would be able to send and recieve MMS messages. This will surely solve your issue!!! do you have internet on you phone because it will not work unless you have the internet connected... i got the internet shut off on my phone and now i cant send or receive pics anymore either.
Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!
hi there i think your mms settings is not right. ask your service provider to send you a settings of MMS and GPRS then save it set as priority. ok
now you can send pics and recieve.
