it could be a software problem. Please make sure that in the software where your printing originated, the paper size is set exactly as compared to the actual paper you use for printing. Example, if you are printing using an A4 paper, make sure that the document is laid out using the A4 setup with correct margins not exceeding the paper's printable area.
