I am unable to allot ringtones to my nokia 1650.

i am unable to allot ringtones to my nokia 1650. After pressing the ringing tone setting its gets restarted and then ask for security code and accept 12345 code

you need to reflash your phones software, well you need gadget to reprogram your unit so you better go to a service center(nokia Care)
