the drivers where at http://www.jascoproducts.com/support/software-downloads.asp#pccams So just download the zip file, then right click on it and select extract all, next next wait, next close. (or to that direction) A new folder will appear on your desktop with the name of the zip file, inside you will find the setup file. run the setup file to install the drivers. if you didn't find the drivers on that page then contact GE directly http://www.jascoproducts.com/contactus/ also, I Just made a new messenger account for just fixya, so if you need further assistance with the camera, its ekse64@gmail.com for msn messeger.
