though itz not clear to me..what os platform u r using..
assuming that u r using win xp pro sp2 and is using a licensed and UPDATED antivirus..
increasethe virtual memory size: open 'Run'->type"sysdm.cpl"->click on'Advanced' tab->click open 'Settings submit button underPerformance->click on 'Advanced' tab->here u'll find 'VirtualMemory' settings->click open 'Change' submit button in here->typethe 'Initial Size (MB): 1440'; Maximum Size(MB): 2880'..->click'Set' submit button->press OK->OK->Cancel..->now restart thepc..
hv a licensed and UPDATED antivirus installed (i prefer avg/kaspersky, , without updation a full version antivirus is useless)..
