hoover 5k top loader agitator doesnt move ,water goes in ,power ok the cycle goes through ok ,the knob moves ,but the agitator doesnt move & it doesnt always spin out but sometimes it does work some days I will turn it on & the agitator will work & other days it wont please help lynne
