ice maker works but either overflows or leaks into the freezer compartment and ice bin making the cubes freeze together. Valve appears to shut off when cycling, and will turn off and not leak when ice lever is moved into off position.

hello, my name is Marclavoris, i will fix your appliance for you.....okay understand that when your icemaker is on, it sends voltage to water valve, if the solenoid in water valve do not close it will fill the icemaker with water..So replace your water valve and your problem is solve...thanks
