If you are not connected to a BES server, you are
pretty much SOL. If you enter the PW in 10 times incorrectly you will
lose all your data but will be able to set a new password.
another option is to wipe the unit clean, with jl commander,, google it out to download, but please be careful with the on-screen instruction on how to wipe with the jl commander..
