My pull cord to my pressure washer is hard to pull and it's not starting. Why? This all started after I tried to start it without the water on while attempting to start.
take out the spark plug and trying pulling it , if its still tight then you may have seized your pump ) , put a rag over te spark plug hole as there may be fuel/oil mix in the cylinder , check the oil in the engine , check the oil in the pump ( look for milkey white , if found then your pump back seals have gone )

engine will not turn-over. It is a Honda 11 HP, OHV on a Karcher Pressure Washer. It was running fine for about 45 minutes. All of a sudden it stopped. When I tried to start it again, the engine is bound up so that the pull rope will not pull out at all. It has plenty of gas. The crank case is full of oil, not over full.
