Hi,
If you have the input connected to the
HDMi TV, there is a chance of picture getting flickered, if the resolution send by the device and the TV is incompatible....
If the
receiver is set to send the signal at the frequency of 720p and the TV is set to operate at 1080p or vice
verse then the picture would flicker..
In the settings in the TV,, try setting it to
auto rather than 720p or 1080p,
this should solve your issue..

- Even when the TV is not powered on, the power surge may burn some components, leaving it to power problems..If your TV powers down at regular intervels or after sometime, some capactior may have bulged or failed... Try removing the panel and check for any bad capacitor and if found try changing that..
