This could be a battery problem or problem of your charger. Check those first. Changing out the motherboard is a tedious job and one has to be familiar with the unit to do it.
USUALLY the hard drive data can be recovered.
To do that, purchase a USB external drive pod and put your drive in it and download info into another computer.
