I purchased a DVD from USA which won't play in my Conia M250 player. Please help.

The DVD players have a setup program built in that locks the player for a certain region.
Search Google for information on "region code" for your particular model player. You usually have to start it in a special way at first and then enter a particular code to unlock your region.
