Original arcade game Space Invaders, may need new motherboard. Screen image has many vertical lines on it. These lines interfere with game play (bullets hit the lines). Sometimes there are more lines than other times.

Perhaps the rendering engine is corrupt? Does the board experience any crashing or blue screens inside windows or any other gui? is it only giving you trouble in the game? Perhaps the game was written for an older chipset and cannot be rendered on this platform.
