I want to change out the screen, my screen is beat

I have a Motorola Razr, it says V3 with a large space then an A. I want to change out the screen, my screen is beat up, I have another phone just like it and I would like to trade screens. Nothing else is wrong with it.

becareful..it isnt that diffacult..just dont rip the little ribbion cables..when taking the hinge off is difficult the ribbon cable makes a twist threw the hinge make shure you un plug it under the keyboard first..
