My thinkpad is frozen in the docking station. to

my thinkpad is frozen in the docking station. to restart my thinkpad I need top remove the battery. I can't remove the battery if it is in the docking station. Is there a manual release in the docking station?

I found the user manual over the internet and it told me where the emergency release is.
