I have a Hoover Steam Vac Spin Scrub F899-910. It is not sucking up the excess water from my carpet. Everything else seems to be working properly. I cleaned the parts I could easily get to but still has not suction. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!! I dispensed the water from my steam cleaner onto my carpet and can't **** it up. Please help!!!!
