took out the vent system and found something was living in there. had made a nest with leaves straw fur, etc. cleaned it all out and it works fine. the chevy dealer said they would have to replace blower motor and replace cntrol head the motor for $350.00 the control head for $850, this includes parts and labor. they didn" know what they were doing or they did and they were going to rip me off. plus i had to pay 110.54 for diagnostic check-up
