I can send picture messages, but as of the other day, I'm not able to open picture messages I receive. When i try to open the pic message, this screen says "lodaing video message" then the phone...

This happened a lot on my phone. Take it into the carriers store and ask them to reset the firmware. Once that is done install any updates your phone may have. That should take care of the problem.

Cant get picture message from virgin mobile

You should call the person who sent you the picture and see what format the picture was ? usually its .jpg. if its .GIF graphic or .swf then you might need flash lite player to view it, but i dont think your phone has the functionality to install it. so you can download it to PC using the phone software and the USB link that comes with it, then double click the picture, if the PC has the right software then it will open it with no problems. if it doesnt it will tell you to choose the right program to open this file or search the net for the right program. select search the internet for the right program and it will find the program that opens this picture.
download it and then you'll be able to see the picture.

Cant delete pitcure at Nokia 1100

All you need to do is, just replace those pictures....
You can do this thing in two ways:
1) If you have some picture messages in your Inbox(message), just open them and then go to options and then save that over the unwanted pic.
2) If you don't have any pic. mssg in your inbox, ask somebody else to send it on your no., and then apply the same approach!

Good luck!

AT&T, cant get use internet or sent picture messages

these setting are normally supplied by the provider.
You will need to contact them again and ask them to send you the WAP and GPRS settings.
These will come as 2 separate txt messages.
open each message and the phone should promt you to save the message.
save each message.
then go to your browser settings and set your provider as the default or prefered setting.( this should get internet working )
for the pics you will need to send a pic to yourself first to activate the settings between the phone and the network
