my ipod touch has a lock on it, when I enter the code it will not show up and it will not unlock. What do i do ?

go into itune hold down the power button and the middle button for like 10 seconds or until itunes reconiazes it ,, a message will say that your ipod is reading restore mode. and restore it. that the only way to unlock it unless you know the code.
