The touch screen on my env touch won't work at all

I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune.

There are many causes for a device such as a cell phone to stop functioning correctly or at all.

Dropping it, getting it wet, design flaw, manufacturing defect...Regardless the only way you could get that fixed is threw a manufactures warranty...check your paperwork that came with the phone. Or if you have phone insurance you might be able to get it replaced.

(Getting it wet usually voids warranty's and phone insurance.)

If neither of these apply to you then you are basically out of a phone and will have to buy a new one. You will have to contact your service provider and have your old number and everything switched to your new phone. If it takes a Sim card just pop it in the new phone and it should work.
