Hey guys. Rick here.

I Have a customer's Toshiba DLP, md 62-hm15a, that wont power up.

Specifically, upon applying AC power:The PS relay engagesThe Lamp cage fan and the DM bd fan spins up (but DM fan is noisy)
The color wheel spins up and is quiteThere are no HV pulses trying to ignite the metal halide new lamp
The lamp never ignitesThe lamp cage door interlock switch is good and was jumped by me for insurance.
Upon failing to power up, the above cycle is halted after about 20 secs and the unit reinitiates the above sequence repeatedly.
I would appreciate a response ONLY from the tech who has experience with this model as the CW and lamp are current Not suspects.
The lamp PS, DM bd, main PS bd and DM fan are, but I would like TS help to insure. Thanks
