Hello..Try this: Remove your collection (dirty Water) tank and remove the cover. Noe, Re-install the cover rolling it from the tabs in the front to the back. You will hear a "clicking" sound that means it is installed properly and the seal is not open. If this helps, be sure and let us know! It helps my ratings..Thank you, Rene (the vacuum doctor)
