The unit keeps filling until water leaks from the door

if this problem was not present at the start.what was the problem ?as i dont know, im going to tell you what i think?from experience of all white goods i always start at the control switch; your programme;your controler sounds as if it needs tested its what is known as a dry joint its a quick test and should not cost much and a quick saulder should fix it.adrian;;;;
