I can receive texts on my Moto Q, but can't send texts. It just started today.

Check with your provider and make sure that your service is not being restricted. If you can recieve, you should be able to send. If it is not on the provider side, it is a software issue and you will need to reset the device and reload the firmware from the desktop manager software.
