- Iwas too quick to praise . I cant see any option for changing to balck and white only in printer preferences. My printer is a Konica Minolta 2300DL. Am i missing something?Nov 10, 2009

Not in most cases. Go to your printer preferences >color tab, and find the checkbox that says print in black only
that should do it for you. I always set mine in this mode unless I really need the color. Ink is exspensive.
