Problem for HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My HP 1315 has brand new ink cartridges in it
My HP 1315 has brand new ink cartridges in it (bought yesterday) yet when I try to print from the computer or make copies, all I get is very faint lines. If I do not print for a few hours, the ink is darker, but the more I print, the less ink is on the paper. I have tried cleaning it manually and with the software program. Every once in awhile the printer will lock and tell me the cartridge is bad, so I have to remove it, put it back in and restart the printer. This is the 3rd set of inks I have tried. I think it is a hardware issue. I have also checked all the software settings and they are all right. Any ideas?
