I am having scan to network issue with two of my copiers. I have two Konica Minolta bizhub 6500 pros with two different Fiery controllers. One is a ''piggy back'' type controller mounted to the unit and one is a ''stand alone'' Fiery that sits next to the unit. All of the copiers in our building scan to the same network drive into different folders. These two copiers, however, only scan intermittenly. They will scan for a few days, then stop. They will continue to allow users to print to them and I can view them/manipulate them through Command Workstation (including calibration). I'm fairly sure it's not the print spooler (since it still allows users to print when it won't scan) or the network drive it's scanning to (since all the other machines continue to scan just fine). The only fix I've come up with is to restart/reboot the Fiery. This works for now, but I can't keep rebooting the Fiery every time someone needs to scan. I'm wondering, is there something in the Fiery scanning/sender that maybe ''times out'' when it's not being used for a period of time? If so, can I change it?
