- no message shown at all

- printer light is on and the printer work only one printer is conected also shows ready,and I try wordpad and print ok

I am guessing the printer has its power light on - Yes/NoWhat OS are you using?In the Printers folder is the BJC-4000 Printer icon showing "Ready" - Yes/NoWhat program are you trying to print from, try wordpad as well and see if it will print from this program

so it is printing ol with wordpad, so what is it not printing with?
