I have a star c5000 wi fi tv phone but cant set up the internet , the phone has some setting on it for china mobile can anyone help please

If Android..
Go to settings...connections..Data Usage...insure Mobile data is turned on.

If that isn't the problem go to settings scroll down to About Phone..open that..go to reset..Reset Network settings..reset settings.

If a Apple..I don't know.

search for the network and connect it put security coode if asked but its known that ur fone doesnt connect to the wifi problem from the device itself

Hi.. All you have to do is go to browser, then setting, then clear cache, empty cookies and delete history.. then restart your samsung star, then connect to desire wifi connection. then browse after setting up your browser profile. this work on me all the time.
