you have a bad power supply, it maybe fixed. you have bad back lights in the screen, usally too expensive to replace with the cost of labor. you have a bad invertor, this will start the back lights. you need to open the rear cover and look at the power supply to see if you can find a burned componet or exploded componet. if you see a bad , burned componet a local electronics repair shop usually can fix it.
you have an over heating issue with one of the componets that has gotten worse. to find wich one it is you can buy a can of componet cooler at radio shack. carefully remove the back cover and randomly spay in diffent areas untill you cool off the componet that is over heating then you can replace it
Well for the inside I use a can of compress air that they sale at best buy or any computer componet store and for the frount I use the wipes that you would normally use for a computer LCD screen. For the wood grain you can use any furnature cleaner I hope this helps.

Well first you will have to get the fit kit for your car to prevent the radio from being stolen, and make it fit right. you can get this part at Best Buy, Circut City, or even sometimes at walmart. also you will need to get the proper wiring harness. all you have to do is go to an audio place and ask them for the proper parts for your car and they will get them for you. After you have everything that they say you need all of the wires match up colors. extra wires you will have is the remote wire witch is blue w/white stripe. and an orange one (illumines) witch if isnt on the wiring harness for your car its fine. all the ill. wire does is dim the radio when you dim your other componets in your car.
