My Zen M 30g keeps rebuilding....tried to reset

My Zen M 30g keeps rebuilding....tried to reset but it won't work...I put the pin in the reset hole and it won't do anything til I pull the pin out then it comes on but is rebuilding???? Help please!!!

Your Mp3 Player is Having Problem with the Firmware(Corrupted) Now you need to Upgrade it Firmware, in order to solve this problem Please follow these Steps:

Your Mp3 Player is Having Problem with the Firmware(Corrupted) Now you need to Upgrade it Firmware, in order to solve this problem Please follow these Steps:
- To install this firmware
- Download the file into your local hard disk.( check out the link below)
- Close all application windows that are currently running on your computer.
- Connect your player to your computer.
- Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.
- When your player restarts after installing this firmware, the following will occur for the first time only:
- The Rebuilding Library screen will appear.
- Photos may take slightly longer than normal to appear.
- This firmware supports the playback of Audible Type 2 and 4 tracks.
- Important: to transfer Audible content, you must have AudibleManager version 5 or later installed. AudibleManager allows you to download, burn, organize, transfer and listen to Audible audio content.
