I cannot find my manual & need to ...

I cannot find my manual & need to correct my philips phone in order to get it to work.It is stuck at unregistered & I want to register it in order for it to work again.I only use it for standard calls.Not for windows live calls on my PC.I changed th time on the first unit handheld for daylight time but when I went and changed the second handheld time I must have deleted or closed something on it so now it says it is unregistered and I cannot make or recieve calls with it.A manual would really help.
