we have central heating and airconditioning both using the floor duct but the airconditioning has not worked since we have moved into the house but the previous owners said it did had trademen to look at it with no results the house is over 30years old but i think they were installed in 1980+ name of the heater is a vulcan and aircon is carrier can you please advice on how to ge the aircon working

make sure you don't have a flexible duct from the a/c to the vent. it can fill with water if drain is clogged ,check to see where drain runs too tape a wet dry shop vac to it and **** it out good and check for water built up in ducts and drain
