Question about Canon PowerShot A460 Digital Camera
Every once in awhile I get a flashing red icon in the bottom left corner of my screen when taking a picture. The icon looks like a camera with two bracket type things off the sides. What does this mean?
Based on the settings that your camera is in, it is telling you that you are at risk of camera shake. This is just telling you that you can expect to see a blurry picture if you continue to take that picture and that it will slow down the shutter speed to achieve the proper exposure and that is why you are at risk of camera shake. The longer the shutter is open, the more chance that you are going to move so to solve this you have a few options:
