Backup your data files (and E-mail) to an external disk-drive.
Take the "System Restore" CD-ROMs that came with your computer, and reinstall Windows.

If you have lost those disks, contact 'www.eMachines.com', and order a replacement set of "System Restore" CD-ROMs.

Restore your files from your backup.

If you have the restore cd's or DVD which came with your system. follow their instructions. and that will make it like new BEWARE! If you use these back up anything you want to keep FIRST!!!... Restoring a system using the restore options WILL WIPE OUT ALL YOUR DATA!!..
