I don't know what is wrong... With my Siren Edge

Red is your positive, black is negative, both brown wires are to the speaker, and the yellow and green wire are for any emergency strobe lights you may want to hook up to it. P.S. if you wire up the brown wires and siren doesn't work make sure volume is turned up and try it again if it doesn't work then switch the brown wires around. Both toggle switches on the far right is to only turn the lights on. not the siren. Make sure the siren nob is turned all the way left thats off. The rest of the are just siren modes. The toggle switch all the way to the left. Push down horn comes on release it then horn goes off. Push up siren comes on for like 7-10 seconds and the goes off. Horn and your microphone always override any siren that may be on.

Probably the color wheel.

brown wires speaker,red hot,black neg, blue and green each are for tear drop or what ever you use.

I am so sorry to report that this is a manufacturing defect for your player, your player seems to be from the batch that had it, I have the player from the working batch and one from the defective batch. try to get a replacement.

is there any reset "button" if so try that

There was an installation Cd that was supposed to come with it. See if Windows Media Player recognizes it - if so, you will not need explorer. Unfortunately, Siren does not keep the software on their website, but you can call them: 254.224.0222

deb - water damage = unfixable - I have heard courageous stories from people who dried out their players; the best scenario is that they can get it to work sometimes, every once in a while - sorry

T-Mitch - Uninstall MTP Device in Windows' Device Manager

maybe there are corrupt songs in the player. Try this procedure. Turn on the hold switch then connect to the computer open my computer and check if the player ti detected if yes right click on it and format the player if not. I suggest calling sandisk.

Update your Windows media player
