Check if you get it on all inputs. If so, the the light engine needs to be replace. It is unfortunately the most expensive part of the TV and the repair will cost around $1000 for parts and labor as you have to take the whole TV apart in order to replace the part.

I have a Samsung HLN5065W DLP TV that the display freezes in B&W and has to be cycled on/off to get the picture back. This problem is getting progressively worse. Sometimes the display will just turn dark blue and has to be cycled to get the picture back.
