It sound like either the hydraulic filter is plugged or one of the safty switches have come undone, either by a break in the wire or a connector fauling off, anouther area to look is at all the linkage to make sure nothings has become dis-connected.finally check to make sure the belt driving the hydralic unit is within factory specs and tight enough. I replaced the top bushing and o-ring on the plunger of the PTO engagement valve which is located in the console on the left side of the steering wheel, but it still leaks. Do I need to remove the entire valve from the top of the housing to replace other o-rings?
