Question about Brother MFC 210C All-In-One InkJet Printer
My question is I have changed the Black 2 times and it still does not print in black and I am about to throw this printer thru the window. LOL.. please help
Did you use generic carts? Those do make a lot of trouble. Use another cart.
Make sure the cart is placed well and secured (white plastic nose).
press menu then start bk copy then fourtimes arrow up. machine will be in maintenance mode. press 7 then 6 then 4 then start bk copy. machine will refresh ink in tubes and ph and do some cleaning procedures. leave maintenance mode by pressing 9 then 9. do run a test print.
If you still cant see any bk the ph is clogged and cant be fixed anymore due to wrong ink consistence of the generic ones.
If you use original carts make sure you have placed the carts well and they are secured! Give answer to display info!
If you still receive the error in question, have a look at the right hand side of the cart holder. Here you will see the led control board which might be out of position and needs replacing. Open printer and reinsert the small board.
